A roadmap for 2016: Global Innovations climbing its way to the top
Following a fruitful year of successful product launches and increasing number of clients, Global Innovations, a leading travel technology and solutions company is proud to announce its plans for the upcoming months.
New Market
Since year 2015 has contributed so much to the company’s growth after focusing on research and development, Global Innovations is now ready to step up a notch higher and continue the trend it has started. To begin increasing market share globally, it will be launching an innovative product exclusively for the Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia. This will be a bigger leap for the company after signing several new clients last year.
New Products
Global Innovations is also going full blast this year by launching more improved and high-performing products. It has recently been focusing on making the system more user-friendly with an impressive interface. A newer version of I-Itinerary called 4.0 will showcase more advance features of the modules B2B, Back Office, Contracting and Financial; at the same time TASS-pro 2.0, which is a more developed ERP solution for small and mid-sized DMCs. A highly anticipated module, HRMS for the tourism trade, is also on the way. This module is specially made for the HR needs of the industry and can be integrated seamlessly with the I-Itinerary system. Global Innovations also created an enhanced Supplier Extranet that can help suppliers access and manage different products online.
On Web Technologies
Global Innovations also ensures it is up to date with the latest available technologies today. It has seen the need to establish a B2B website and develop a mobile application, both of which will be powerful point-of-sale tools for a faster information access and processes. The company aims to produce only the best tools that are very efficient, fast and responsive; that will also address user problems and possibly lessen human intervention.
The Fuel for Business
“Customer satisfaction is the key to everything we do.” said Kabir Ali Baig, CEO of Global Innovations. “Knowing what the customers need and making sure it is prioritized is what drives our company.” he added. As the travel and tour industry is constantly changing, providing solutions to every possible problem that arises is an everyday goal. And to give something back to its valued customers Global Innovations is giving free product upgrades along with enhanced system features. After all, valuing customers and building long term relationships are the foundation in this business. It’s what keeps it going to strive for more achievements.
