PCCI Group moves Global Headquarters to Dubai

PCCI Group, a leader in customer experience and operations outsourcing, announced today that it has relocated its international headquarters to Central Park Towers in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The expansion is in response to strong client demand and customer base in the Middle East, which the company has witnessed in the last quarter.

Through its office in DIFC, PCCI Group will provide a unique and tailored end-to-end customer experience strategy design,in combination with outsourced operational delivery solutions,to customersin the UAE and across the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

Dubai, being the gateway between the East and the West,attracts top professional talent, which makes it the perfect location for our global headquarters. In addition, DIFC is a perfect fit for the PCCI Group headquarters and our customers, as it offersadvanced infrastructure in a stable and secure environment,with a world-class regulatory and legal framework,” explained Mr. Nidal Kamouni, CEO, PCCI Group.

Speaking on PCCI Group’s immediate plans, Mr. Kamouni said,“We are excited about the next stage of ourexpansion plan, as we move forward with the execution of our strategy to offer full customer experience delivery solutions, which will enable our customers to not only enhancetheir total customer life cycle, but alsoassist them in becoming market leaders in an efficient and profitable manner.”

PCCI Group, which began its operations in the UK in 2001, has since expanded to operate in 11 locations across the globe with more than 2,500 employees. To support its rapidly increasing client base, PCCI Group is investing in setting up new regional offices and recruiting experienced talent to execute its long-term growth strategy.

The move to Dubai will enable the company to expand its activities and strengthen its operations delivery model in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. The new headquarters at DIFC will provide the group with a unique platform and the necessary shared management bandwidth. This step has empowered PCCI Group to compete at the highest level in the fast moving customer experience solutions and operational outsourcing delivery providers space in the region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.
