Reorganisation of parking management at JBR is set to ease and enhance residents and visitors’ experience

Dubai, UAE, August 10, 2016:  Jumeirah Beach Residence, a Dubai Properties (DP) retail destination, has partnered with GreenParking, the only one-stop-shop for environmentally friendly car park management in the Middle East, to enhance parking facilities at the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) area. By introducing three new car parks and managing the on-street parking, the newly operated facility, operational from August 3rd 2016, aims to enhance residents’ convenience, grow potential footfall, and enrich visitors’ experience. 

The parking experience at the popular water front destination is set to be eased further through improved signage, including clear indication of parking space availability, valet parking, on-street VIP parking and operators in all car parks to assist visitors. Parking areas are located at Murjan Towers, Bahar Ramada Plaza Hilton, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort and on-street along JBR. There are now 600 parking spaces available, and more to come in the future.

The popular JBR district is DP’s first development. As one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations, it boasts views of the Arabian Gulf besides an abundance of al fresco restaurants and cafes. The area regularly hosts fashionable street markets and street art festivals.
