Dubai, UAE, September 26, 2016:   Carolina Herrera partners with internationally renowned photographer Mario Testino for the Fall 2016 global advertising campaign covering fashion and accessories product categories. Marking the third collaboration for the designer and photographer, the campaign imagery represents the visual vocabulary for the strong codes of the brand, consistent with the creative vision established by founder Carolina Herrera.

“The inspiration for the shoot was a night out in New York with Carolina”, explains Mario Testino. “She is the wittiest person I know. I wanted her personality in every picture. The laughter and fun.”

The new campaign embraces the essence of the House, covering Carolina Herrera New York, women’s ready-to-wear and eyewear, and CH Carolina Herrera, men’s and women’s lifestyle fashion accessories. Supermodels Karlie Kloss and Lily Aldridge encapsulate the collection’s spirit of refined ease and modern sensibility as they are captured in a playful moment amongst friends.

The pieces selected from the Carolina Herrera New York collection highlight the season’s perception of beauty in multi dimensions through textured surfaces both subtle and pronounced. A floating embroidered jasmine motif on a powder pink wool crepe dress adds a touch of femininity to the tailored shape, while floral laser cut-outs on a blush gazaar gown evokes a sense of softness as it is captured moving with effortless grace.

Marking the first of its kind for the House, the Carolina Herrera New York campaign will be launched on digital platforms exclusively. First being released on Instagram stories, the imagery will also be highlighted on the brand’s global social platforms in late August to align with the fall deliveries.

Featuring men’s and women’s lifestyle pieces, the CH Carolina Herrera looks reflect the same style design sensibility. The luxury daywear in chic silhouettes is accented by the sleek accessory of the season, the Duke bag. Made from agile Greco leather and Spanish steer hide, the Duke bag is meticulously handcrafted to obtain a bold and structured surface. Customization through color combinations, strap versatility and unlimited charm selection, the bag lends itself to unique personalization.

The CH Carolina Herrera campaign will launch on print and digital platforms to coincide with the collection’s delivery and the launch of the ecommerce site.
