Big Dubai Developers Heading to Mumbai for Dubai Property Show

  • Emaar, Dubai Properties, Nakheel, Damac and Deyaar among the real-estate players who will be showcasing at the second edition of the property exhibition in India. 
  • Exhibition to be inaugurated by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Al Banna, UAE Ambassador to India.

Dubai, UAE, December 6, 2016:   Dubai property giants are all set to head towards Mumbai, India, for the second edition of Dubai Property Show ( DPS) in the city. Being organised by Sumansa Exhibitions in partnership with Dubai Land Department, the premium real-estate exhibition will kick-start from December 9 and will conclude on December 11. After a successful run in London and Hong Kong, the 5thedition of DPS will present an exclusive showcase of Dubai real estate to Indian nationals – the highest investors in Dubai’s real estate.

The exhibition will be held at Bandra Kurla Complex (MMRDA Grounds) in Mumbai.Properties on offer will range from budget to luxury apartments to villas to beach properties to furnished apartments and commercial properties. 

The exhibition that be inaugurated by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Al Banna, UAE Ambassador to India, will be attended by more than 30 leading developers from UAE and aims to bring together Dubai real estate experts, developers and consultants all under one roof for seamless interaction with the potential Indian investors.
Participants in the Dubai Property Show include prominent names such as, Emaar Properties, Dubai Properties, Binghatti Developers, Nakheel Properties, Damac Properties LLC, Deyaar Developers, Azizi Developers, Tamleek Real Estate (Kempinski Residence), SPF Realty, and Tebyan among others.

The city is a vibrant hub of great architecture and a promise of strong returns on investment,” said Sultan Al Suwaidi of Sumansa Exhibitions, “We have full faith in our real-estate players, and over the years they have won respect of all nationalities for their professionalism and delivering quality end product.

“India is traditionally the top non-GCC foreign property buyer in Dubai, with an investment of AED 7.27 billion in the first six months of 2016 alone. The Property Show in India is a clear manifestation of this and we are expecting the momentum to continue at the second exhibition of the Dubai Property Show in Mumbai. This exhibition has been quite instrumental in bridging the gap between property giants of the UAE and Indian investors, facilitating sales, and in general creating a meeting point for both parties and the relationship is marked with mutual profit,”Sultan added.

Free seminars by qualified professionals will also be conducted at the event to educate investors about investing in property in the UAE, upcoming hotspots and financing. Free legal services will also be available to help visitors understand legal matters related to UAE real estate laws, rules and regulations, new purchases and tenancy laws.

Buyers in particular get the opportunity to observe the real-estate market closely, make informed comparisons and address their concerns before making the purchase. 

Dubai Land Department is the official sponsor of the show, while Dubai Properties, Al Marjan Island and Binghatti Developers are the Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors, respectively. The mega event is being organized by Sumansa Exhibitions.
