Konica Minolta Transforms Customer Experience for Al Mulla Group
One of the largest multi-disciplinary conglomerate groups in the Middle East gets support from Konica to introduce an automated way to improve engineering performance and reduce costs
Dubai, UAE, December 26, 2016: Konica Minolta Business Solutions Middle East, today announced that Bader Al Mulla, one of its major partners in the Middle East, has implemented a new mobile technology to integrate their tools with Konica Minolta office equipment for seamless workflow integration.
The leading supplier of solutions and office equipment sought to reduce the service response times at the help desk to provide immediate customer support and improve key performance indicators, whilst exceeding both customer and employee satisfaction. Konica Minolta’s fleet monitoring tool, which is integrated into Al Mulla’s help desk system, enhanced the degree of pro-active services provided by Bader Al Mulla and helped them to set high benchmarks in the industry.
The new mobile application enables engineers to remotely track the performance of the printing machines and receive alerts on the status of the printer on their smartphone screen. In addition, it allows Al Mulla to track and monitor machines and data in real time and send detailed reports to the Konica Minolta technical support team to get immediate support as well as giving access to crucial data regarding the performance of the machines on customer sites for future development of products and services.
