Dubai, UAE 28 January 2017:  Last weekend, Jumbo Electronics teamed up with Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) organisers, Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) to create the ‘World’s Largest Display of 250 kg of Gold’ in the shape of a DSF bag.

This unique public display of gold worth AED 35 million was open to all for viewing last weekend at the Jumbo store, Mall of the Emirates and drew large crowds that gathered to take a selfie with the tag ‘#Jumboisgold’. The best picture uploaded to Instagram or Facebook saw one lucky winner walk away with a limted edition sold gold PlayStation 4, valued at AED25,000.
