Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 11 March 2017:  Liberty Automobiles Co., one of the largest General Motors dealerships and the sole dealer of Cadillac in the UAE and an authorised dealer for Chevrolet, Opel and AC Delco, has scooped seven top awards in the GM ‘Service & Parts Excellence Program’ and ‘Service Advisor Skills Competition.’ The company has been the highest performing dealership for the last three years, winning the highly coveted Service Advisor award for the third year running at the awards event hosted last month.

Rimoun Hanouch – Group General Manager at Liberty Automobiles Co. – commented: “Customer satisfaction is central to Liberty’s mission of providing outstanding car-buying and ownership experiences. We demonstrate our commitment to our customers by delivering positively different, dynamic and genuinely friendly services across the UAE, and we are honoured to have received these prestigious awards in recognition of our efforts. We are proud of our team and will not rest on our laurels; the awards inspire us to build on our successes, continue the good work and achieve further milestones.”

In the GM ‘Services & Parts Excellence Program’, Liberty was awarded first place in the ‘Service Manager - Core’, ‘Service Manager - Premium’, and ‘Parts Manager’ categories. Two of the company’s service advisors – Waleed Rouby and Ayman Mohammed – were awarded first and third place in the ‘Service Advisor Skills Competition’, while its Dubai and Abu Dhabi Service Centres were ranked as the region’s second and third ‘Best Cadillac Service Centres’. The awards commend the achievements made by Liberty’s service department, after sales team, service managers and parts managers, who have fulfilled the company’s customer-centric mission by securing the highest customer satisfaction scores in the Middle East.

The General Motors awards take place annually and Liberty has excelled year on year to become the region’s top GM dealership. The latest awards join a roster of other prizes won by the company, including the GM Grandmasters Award for the ninth year running and the ‘Best of Best’ Retail Standards Award for the Middle East.
