Amer Al Sayegh, KhalifaSat Project Manager at Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) has visited Ambassador School in Dubai, as part of a campaign ‘Through their Eyes’ launched by Noor Dubai Foundation which aims to educate students in schools about the problems facing their colleagues who suffer from vision problems and wear eye glasses, as well as addressing the social and emotional impact that vision disabilities have on them.
During the visit, Al Sayegh shared with the pupils inspirational and encouraging life stories. He also spoke about his personal experience on overcoming obstacles and asked that they not give up on achieving their dreams.
After the visit, Al Sayegh stated that: “MBRSC believes in the importance of promoting social responsibility practices. The Year of Giving embeds values of sharing and giving in all forms, including incorporeal support, which can change a person’s life and give them a more positive view of the future, where dreams can come true.”
