Dubai, UAE, 5th April 2017 – Dubai Herbal Treatment Centre’s (DHTC) newly opened Feel Well Retreat takes the concept of rejuvenation of health to a whole new level by incorporating Ayurveda Therapies and Colon Hydro Therapy performed by a team of highly qualified therapists (registered with the Dubai Health Authorities (DHA)). All of the beauty treatments are unique, combining the latest in skin care products with their expertise in a wide range of traditional Chinese medicine practices to improve your wellbeing. After your therapy is complete, you can experience further renewal and transformation in the relaxation areas which have Steam and Sauna facilities, to help speed up the natural detoxification process.

Experiencing the signature treatments, you will be pampered in a luxurious environment, with the added benefit of knowing that they have designed your treatment by applying the deep knowledge of traditional medical treatments.

One of the most popular treatments is called “RESTORE AND REVIVE – an experience which unblocks any tension and stimulates the energy flow within the body, with toxins quickly disappearing to give instant results. One of the Chinese medicine experts will take care of you by starting off with “cupping” therapy. This involves suction cups being applied to energy points which we gently glide up and down your back to release toxins to the surface. Next, you will be treated with our Oriental blended massage which releases energy and restores balance in the body.

If you’re looking to complete your experience, you can tone your body in the Be Well Studio, where they offer Yoga, Pilates and Personal Training, or ease your mind while meditating or having a Reiki treatment.

“Our Feel Well Retreat is for the body and spirit, where traditional Asian healing practices and age-old cultural wisdom merge with our contemporary knowledge of what is most needed to balance modern lifestyles. I look forward to helping our guests find true equilibrium and genuine healing benefits whilst indulging in an experience far removed from the hectic pace of Dubai life”, says Dr. Maria Ridao Alonso, Medical Director of Dubai Herbal Treatment Centre.
