Dubai, May 09, 2017:  Caparol, a global leader in the paints industry, has opened its largest and exclusive, customer experience center in Al Quoz, Dubai. The new center takes customers through an exclusive journey of Caparol’s wide range of colours and designs.

Caparol has designed the new centre to portray the brand’s German roots by showcasing conventional and modern product ranges, while maintaining the unique aesthetic aspects of its colours and textures. The centre marks Caparol’s commitment to bring a unique touch-and-feel experience to its customers in the region. It also enhances the brand’s ability to support customers to choose right colours, paint textures, styles and looks. 

Commenting on the opening of the new experience center, Ralf Murjahn, CEO, DAW (Deutsche Amphibolin Werke von Robert Murjahn Stiftung @ Co KG), said, “We are very pleased to launch this unique customer experience center in Dubai. The center is aimed at offering best convenience of access and variety to those on a quest to find the ideal paint solution for their premises. The new showroom has been designed as a modern space that communicates our German roots, while helping customers to make clear and practical decisions in choosing the best paint product for their projects.

Middle East and mainly the UAE is a huge market for us and we expect to continue growing here. In the coming years, we are looking to further expand our reach in the region with more customer touch points and showrooms,” he added.

The interiors of the showroom have been designed to offer a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the experience of choosing the right colours. Caparol store indulges the senses of colours with over 1290 inspired colour shades to choose from. Aiming to ease the process of selecting the right colour, design and concept, the showroom offers one-on-one consultations with colour experts.
