Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 10, 2017:  Middle East Food Forum, the UAE’s hub for all food service business owners and operators, is set to host the Restaurant Development Conference alongside the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) Dubai, on 18th to 20th September, 2017, 11:00am-5:00pm. With over 20 panelists participating at the 50,000 delegates strong conference, the 3-day affair by GulfHost ’17 brings together various important cogs of the HORECA sector to address key issues from starting up to breaking even, from franchising to growth and beyond.

Commenting on the upcoming event, Mr. Vishal Pandey, Founder, Data On A Plate and Middle East Food Forum said, “The Restaurant Development Conference is the most concise and conducive environment for professionals, entrepreneurs and F&B owners to learn the tricks of the trade from the industry’s best. Our delegates will be talked through set-up, branding, launching, acquisitions, setting menus and menu dynamics to costing and financing, outsourcing and taking your business to digital greatness. The panelists we have carefully handpicked have come from various segments of HORECA, from directors of large restaurant chains to marketing geniuses, bloggers extraordinaire, real estate giants, all the way to the Dubai Chambers of Commerce. We are pleased to work alongside the International Center for Culinary Arts and Yardstick Marketing to bring the conference to finish and look forward to the receipt by our expected 50,000+ delegates.”

Team ICCA will run three features at the Gulfhost - Restaurant Development Conference, focusing on key topics relevant to the F&B industry; Electrolux Worldchefs Education,  a valuable education and training feature that will focus on the “Technology of Tomorrow” and will include certified workshop sessions on cook and chill techniques; and GulfHost Innovation Awards that will recognise the innovators and disruptors within the hospitality industry, and will be judged by an ICCA-curated panel of restaurant consultants and experts.

Sunjeh Raja, CEO at ICCA remarked, “The Middle East Food Forum is a relevant platform to run alongside Gulfhost and we’re delighted to partner with this key trade exhibition. Knowledge sharing is an important building block in the support and development of the industry, and our role in facilitating this complements the critical value GulfHost brings to the regional F&B industry at a time when the industry is experiencing unprecedented growth and challenges across the region.

Dubai International Hospitality Week is a great opportunity for exposure and learning for every professional in the regional Hospitality industry. It is a week that will showcase the A-Z of hospitality solutions for the first time ever.”

Yardstick Marketing Management, a long-standing marketing partner of the Middle East Food Forum, will be moderating the sessions at GulfHost ’17, Dubai World Trade Centre.

The Middle East Food Forum was launched in May 2016 with over 120 plus motivated and prominent food and beverage professionals, F&B thought leaders and food entrepreneurs. Held on May 3, 2016, with an aim to promote the learning culture in the UAE, the inaugural launch event saw maximum participation from likeminded individuals. The event extensively featured panel discussions and workshops, offering unique opportunities to share experiences, upgrade skills, build valuable connections, and explore ways to start, sustain, grow, or transform any F&B business.

The Restaurant Development Conference powered by MEFF and ICCA will be held on the 18th-20th of September, with registrations open online, in the Dubai World Trade Center as part of the GulfHost ’17, the largest hospitality and food service expo to be held yet.
