South Indian developers to have major participation at CREDAI's Indian Property Show

Over 80 reputed builders from Kerala, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to feature budget to super luxury properties
Over 200 developers from across India to showcase Best of India at the exhibition from 7th- 9th December at Dubai World Trade Center, Hall 7 and 8

For the first time, the property show will feature a “Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum” at the venue

04 December, 2017; Dubai, UAE:  The CREDAI’s Indian Property Show slated for this weekend will see a huge participation from South Indian developers. With about 200 reputed RERA approved builders from across India, more than 80 would be from the South Indian states of Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamilnadu.

In a brand new format, the exhibition will feature 14 state-wise pavilions, showcasing thousands of properties from across 60 cities. Other state pavilions in the show include Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bihar, Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, West Bengal, and Madhya Pradesh.

The exhibition will be held for three days from 7th-9th December at Dubai World Trade Center, Halls 7 and 8. The event will be open to public from 12noon to 8 pm on all the three days. Admissions and parking will be free for all visitors.

Srividya, General Manager, and Indian Property Show, commented:“South Indians, particularly from Kerala and Tamil Nadu form more than half of the 2.6 million Indian expat population living in the UAE and are known to invest prolifically in India’s real-estate. Earlier trends, as per by-yearly surveys conducted by Indian Property Show also show a rising demand for properties in the south, as they sit comfortably among projects from Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. These, along with the rest of the exhibitors pan India, guarantee a diverse and a very wide variety of properties for the NRIs in the upcoming show”.

Among South Indian states, developers from Kerala will be in the highest number at 27, followed by Tamil Nadu at 23, and then Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh & Telangana at 18 and 13 respectively. Exhibitors include SI Property Kerala Pvt ltd, Hi-life Builders, Builtech Palakad, Asset Homes, Sreerosh developers, Vishraam Builders, Abad builders, Cresent builders, Trif Kochi and Trinity Builders, Brigade Group, Vivansa, Isha Homes, Purvankara, SNN Builders, Malabar Developers, Mulberry Homes, Olive Builders among others.  

Besides a huge number of projects, visitors can also benefit from free seminars by property gurus on current property trends in India; Vastu demystified by celebrity design consultant Rasesh Shah and Vastu expert Dr. Padmaja Yadav; and the legal aspects of real-estate investment in India. The seminars will also feature talks about the new Indian RERA law, Taxation, upcoming projects, infrastructural development that certain cities will witness making them a lucrative option to invest. 

Some of the cities in focus are Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mangalore, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Kolkata, Goa, Ahmedabad, Kochi & many more cities.

The event will also feature attractive deals on spot bookings, incredibly low down payments, cash discounts, rebate on GST, and free air tickets among other tempting offers. 

For the first time, the CREDAI’s Indian Property Show will also feature a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum to address the various property-related issues, such as stalled projects, that NRIs may be facing. Established by CREDAI, the forum will give visitors a platform to register a complaint against CREDAI member developer and effectively protecting consumer rights against any sort of unscrupulous practices.
