The legislation of the 5% surcharge will come into effect on 1st January 2018, affecting all goods and services at varying degrees in the coming year. 

 

PAN Emirates will neither mark up prices for its current collections, nor make the tax effective on collections to come. Instead, driven to provide a great shopping experience, PAN Emirates will be completely absorbing the 5% charge implemented by the Government.

We don’t want to dissuade customers from purchasing essentials as well as luxury goods from PAN Emirates because of VAT, and for this we are happy to bear this cost ourselves. Despite the exorbitant cost of living, we believe that some things are classic, as should stay that way.”
