New location for Dubai whole food eatery opens January 2018

Now, in 2018, it’s time for Sophie’s to share its secret recipes and home-grown goodness with a brand new location at the Metro Central Hotel, Barsha Heights. Serving up a fantastic selection of wholesome and healthy dishes, everything at Sophie’s Café is created in-house from scratch with a particular focus on local, organic and whole foods. Once you’ve tasted Sophie’s famous Zucchini Brownie, accompanied by their own cold brew coffee – you’ll realise it’s only fair to share the love.

This brand-new space fuses a fresh, relaxed atmosphere with a deliciously healthy menu packed with fresh ingredients and creative combinations. Certain to become the newest neighbourhood hang-out, visitors can start their day right with Sophie’s delicious all-day breakfast menu, create their own healthy salads and smoothies for lunch or pass by for a freshly made cold pressed juice or energy snack after hitting the gym. 

With a tempting selection of cakes, slices and cookies alongside an extensive speciality coffee menu and handcrafted tea blends, Sophie’s caters to all palettes with a great range of gluten free treats and pure vegan dishes on offer, as well as delicious customer favourites including: Banana-oat Power Pancake, Liquid Sunshine juices, Immunity boosting health shots  or a tempting Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie for those with a sweeter tooth, offering Almond, Coconut and Soy as alternative dairy options .
