Iconic milkshake brand Keventers to open 30 outlets across the UAE in 2018

March 8, 2018 - Dubai, United Arab Emirates:   Keventers, India’s iconic original milkshake brand is all set to captivate the UAE market with plans to launch over 30 stores across the UAE. With four stores currently operational in Dubai, Keventers is already making a mark among milkshake lovers in the city. 

Keventers is backed by a legacy of over 100 years and was one of the first home-grown lifestyle brands in India, which transformed itself over the years to adapt to modern times. Rebranded in 2015 by three enterprising entrepreneurs - Sohrab Sitaram, Agastya Dalmia and Aman Arora, Keventers now resonates an uber cool, aspirational brand that perfectly blends with an ambitious urban generation Y.

Since the revitalisation of the brand in 2015, Keventers is already present in over 190 locations in India alone. The company touched revenues of $10.14 million in 2017-2018, and is expected to reach $20.29 million by end of the next financial year. After taking the local market by storm, Keventers is aggressively looking to expand globally. Having opened outlets in Nepal and Kenya, the brand hopes to replicate its success in the Middle East as well.

Keventers forayed into the region with outlets in Karama, Oasis Centre, BurJuman and La Mer. The recently launched La Mer branch is also its 200th outlet globally. The company has chartered massive expansion plans for the Middle East, with plans to open 30 outlets across the UAE by the end of the year, strengthening its presence in the country. The company will be following a mix of company and franchise-owned operating model in the Middle East. The brand has already gained popularity in Dubai, due to its unique product offerings and attractive packaging.

After establishing its footprint in the UAE market, the company plans to foray into other GCC nations like KSA and Oman.
