The SLC’s booth at the event has attracted a great number of young professionals and has garnered appreciation for its achievements in terms of creating an innovative and positive environment that had the greatest impact on increasing the number of UAE national employees between 2016 and 2017, bringing its total national manpower to 64 per cent by the end of 2017, compared to the 63 per cent in 2016.

This inspires us to launch integrated training programmes aimed at preparing a qualified generation, to build a legislative system based on professionalism, transparency and excellence. We look forward to continuing our role in attracting fresh graduates and experienced employees to be part of the path of excellence in the development of legislation that keeps pace with the times and envisions the future. We are working on clear plans to attract, develop and retain efficient human resources, with a focus on creating an excellent work environment with employee satisfaction as our core goal, in line with the national drive to reach the category of the world's most advanced, innovative and happy nations by 2021.”

Moza Naghmash Al Mansouri, Head of Human Resources at the SLC General Secretariat said: 'Our participation in the exhibition comes in line with our strategic aspirations to attract and prepare talented and innovative cadres capable of competing in the labor market and to contribute effectively to making a positive impression within the legal and legislative sectors.
