The telco launches new roaming bundles that will always keep you connected starting from as low as AED 35

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 3 April 2018:  du customers planning to travel this Spring Break can relax and stay connected whilst on the go with du’s New Data Roaming Bundles, available for both individual and business customers.

du customers who purchase a weekly roaming plan for just AED 200 will receive 2.5GB, which is ample for making sure your friends and family back home get to enjoy your holiday photos and videos immediately.

Away for less than a week? Don’t worry – 500 MB per day is also available from just AED 35.

If you are lucky enough to be travelling for longer you can take advantage of the monthly 6GB allowance at 500 AED or sign up for the VIP package offering 15GB for 1000 AED.

Activating roaming with du offers both convenience and flexibility, so there is no need to change your SIM or waste precious holiday time searching for WiFi hotspots.

Whether it is for work or pleasure, you can now unlock local knowledge available online and then share your experiences seamlessly across social media as you would at home, in over 86 countries.

Without the hassle of changing, and potentially losing SIM cards, you can focus on enjoying your vacation.

“At du, we provide our customers the very best experiences across the UAE and internationally through our services.

We want to enhance the way people travel and help our valued customers stay connected when they travel by providing them with Data Roaming.

Our goal is to continue adding life to life for our customers wherever they are, at home or abroad. We wanted to offer a solution that is innovative, flexible and great value, so our customers relax and enjoy effortlessly,” said Fahad Al Hassawi, Deputy CEO, Telco Solutions, EITC.

Postpaid customers can SMS “data” to 5102 to view the available roaming data bundles.

We recommend downloading the du app to your mobile device, then choose your destination and the data bundle you desire will appear.

The app conveniently allows you to monitor usage and plan ahead for that last YouTube video before boarding your return flight.

Prepaid customers have roaming already active on their lines by default and have a quick recharge feature via www.du.ae/QR , where they can recharge with their credit cards without logging into their accounts.

Activating data roaming is simple, just dial *135*20# for free and follow the instructions on the menu.

No need to wait in queues, purchase local SIM cards, or depending on Wi-Fi passwords to stay connected.

Travelers can take advantage of the unmatched New Data Roaming Bundles from today.
