Dubai, UAE, April 29, 2018:  Hale Education Group, the leading education consultancy focusing on North American university admissions in the GCC, presented the second edition of its annual marquee event, the Ivy Insider.

Featuring a panel of some of its top UAE students that have secured acceptances to the most selective universities in the US, the panelists shared their own personal experiences as to the challenges and uncertainties they overcame in their educational journey. From effectively planning their summers, composing their personal statement and other essays, to properly researching universities and selecting the proper schools to apply to, the students shared what helped them achieve a goal that many aspire to, but few attain.

Applications to leading US universities become more competitive each year, with top universities such as Harvard and Stanford accepting less than 5 percent of students that apply. Over 300 students and parents registered for the event, all seeking to learn from the experiences of the accepted students on the panel and the insight of Hale’s team of educational consultants, all of whom have graduated from top American universities themselves. 

Now in its second year, the Ivy Insider event aims to inform and educate as to what is required to secure acceptance to top American universities from those that have actually achieved this herculean task. No other event in the region features so many students that have done so in one gathering, providing a unique opportunity to bring the Ivy League dreamers and achievers together.
