Across the US, UK, France and Germany fast-paced music tracks are the most popular for a workout. However, research shows that people across the globe opt for a completely different set of songs when gearing up to sweat. 

Global data also indicates that fitness enthusiasts are choosing particular playlists to fuel specific types of workouts, with Jack Ãœ most popular for running.
