The leading SaaS product company from Asia registers 60% growth YoY and aims to achieve a revenue of USD 100Mn over the next 2 years.

Dubai, UAE, October 02, 2018:  Capillary Technologies, Asia’s leading Software as Service (SaaS) Product Company, has announced the launch of Capillary Zero Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform in the Middle East market. The Zero AI platform will increasingly power all of Capillary’s products, including the insights, customer engagement, commerce and loyalty platforms. While the company has registered more than 60 per cent growth in the GCC region, it aims to accelerate further growth with the new launch, to achieve an overall revenue of USD 100 million over the next two years.

Mr. Nitin Kaushal, an industry veteran, who has recently come on board as President & General Manager for EMEA region at Capillary Technologies said, “Artificial Intelligence is expected to have significant impact on the economy and industry reports predict this to be a factor of as much as 14 per cent of the economy in the UAE by 2030. At Capillary, we believe that AI technologies can be the game changer that allows offline retail to take on the threat of online and e-commerce. Businesses will be able to create easy, personalized and connected experiences for consumers and this is what consumers expect. We believe in the growth potential of the region and are excited to be launching the Zero AI platform and helping retailers in the region accelerate growth.”

Mr. Sunil Suresh, Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, at Capillary Technologies, said, “Consumers today live in an ‘Easyverse’, an easy universe, with e-commerce and marketplaces offering them a truly easy and seamless personalized experience. Physical stores are woefully behind, with no data on what is happening in their stores, the customer walking in, what they browsed through but not purchased, or what they like. We believe AI can help bridge this gap.”

“With our tailored AI solutions, offline retail markets are empowered to track conversions, generate personalized fashion profiles, track trends and all in all create an offline clickstream; a rich data trail similar to what is possible online. In addition, we help create a connected omnichannel experience. This will bring offline retailers onto a level-playing field and allow them to create personalized experiences as well as generate the rich insights needed to optimize business operations,”

“There is an urgent need for retailers and consumer businesses to invest into AI technologies across functions, including marketing. Consumers today already experience the impact of AI in everyday life, in everything from Siri and Google now on their phones, Alexa and even recommendation on Amazon or other marketplaces. It is also an integral part of digital advertising on many of the leading networks,” he added.

Capillary’s solutions help businesses get ahead of the digital evolution and stay ‘Always Consumer Ready’. Over 400 marquee brands across 30+ countries, including Pizza Hut, Malabar Gold, Walmart, Al-Futtaim, KFC, Starbucks, Herfy, Red Tag and Samsung, trust Capillary to enable easy and seamless consumer experiences. With over 300 million consumers and 25,000 stores on the platform, Capillary is Asia’s leading SaaS product company. Over 900 Capillary associates across 11 global offices are continually innovating to find new ways for brands to make their consumers’ lives easier, and experiences memorable.
