Dubai, 20 November 2018:   MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, part of Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region’s largest Hollywood-inspired theme park is hosting the biggest ‘blue-themed’ birthday party. The party will be hosted at the Smurfs’ Village to celebrate the favourite blue characters turning 60, from 23rd to 24th November, 2pm to 6pm. 

These tiny blue creatures have been spreading happiness for 60 years, so come and celebrate this special birthday along with Papa Smurf, Smurfette, Brainy Smurf, and Vanity Smurf.  

To kick off the celebrations, guests can transform into a Smurf for a day at various face painting stations. Smurf hats will also be given to visitors because Smurfs are incomplete without the famous white hat and blue face!

Adding to the excitement and birthday spirit, Smurfs birthday beats will play all day, where kids and adults alike can join the fun.
Visitors can also take a break to explore a “heritage exhibition”, highlighting the evolution of the Smurfs and visualizing the joy and happiness that they have brought to children over 60 years. 

Last but not least, guests can leave the birthday party with their favourite moments captured on camera at a fun Smurfy cut out photo booth.
