Dubai, United Arab Emirates- April 25, 2019:  Her Excellency Maya Tissafi, Swiss Ambassador in the UAE, visited the Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai (SISD) and toured SISD’s state-of-the-art facilities and environmentally friendly campus.

She was joined by Mr. Omar Danial, Founder & CEO, Mr. Norbert Foerster, Head of School SISD and Mrs Sylvie Manghardt, Chairperson of the Parent Forum Committee.

In speaking with the school’s representatives the Ambassador was given an update on SISD’s most recent developments, including the recent KHDA report and the development of the newly launched girls boarding house.

She congratulated the school on its Good KHDA rating, and especially its Outstanding features including: Parents and Community, Health and Safety, Management, Staffing, Facilities and Resources.

Currently in its fourth year of operation, the school is home to 1150 day and boarding students from over 70 nationalities forming Dubai’s first ever school to offer unique bilingual programmes in French, English, German with Arabic.
