Dubai, United Arab Emirates - November 04, 2019:    6th-15th November 2019 Purani Dilli at Four Points by Sheraton, Sheikh Zayed Road and Downtown are ready to take their patrons on yet another gastronomical journey by presenting a Punjabi Food Festival from 6th-15th November 2019 at both their outlets.
The team is all set to bring traditional Punjabi flavours from the kitchen of Punjab, India to Dubai this November.

 

To create the most authentic experience, Purani Dilli has invited local chefs from North India to take over their kitchen and present a menu with mouthwatering delicacies from various parts of the region.


Three Talented chefs, Chef Imran Khan, Chef Abdul Haleem and Chef Govind Nagar have come together to curate a menu inspired by local eateries, seasonal favourites and culinary secrets of Punjab. The carefully crafted menu comprises of traditional spice laced food, succulently created from the best ingredients and age-old recipes. 


Chef Abdul Haleem brings with him his experience of more than two decades while Chef Imaran Khan and Chef Govind Nagar are well versed with the nuances of Punjabi cuisine owing to their work experience in the state. Together the three chefs are ready to cook up a storm and present a menu that leaves one wanting for more!

Diners can indulge in Punjabi aperitif like Pisteywali Lassi, Matha and continue with Tomatar Te Dhaniye Da Shorba, Murg Shorba before they dive into specialties like Kale Channe De Kebab, Amritsari Machchi, Sarson Da Saag, Nali Korma, Lobster Tawa Masala and Gucchi te Mattar Da Kesari Pulao. Treat your sweet cravings with dessert options such as Annanas Di Phirni, Khumani Di Rabri, among other delicious preparations.


The Punjabi Food Festival promises to take the foodies of the city on an extraordinary expedition; to the aromatic lanes of Punjab. The Punjabi cuisine and hospitality waits for you at Purnai Dilli Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown or both for a truly unique experience!
