HE Sultan Butti bin Mejren
Director General – Dubai Land Department

At Dubai Land Department (DLD), we followed with unprecedented care the results of the Government of Dubai Customer Happiness and Mystery Shopper Index surveys. We support and value the Dubai Executive Council's Government Excellence Program under the supervision of HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council. we would like to emphasize the constants that guide good leadership. We would like to affirm the constants that drive our wise leadership, especially those that aim to raise customer happiness and their satisfaction with the services provided, embodying them in development initiatives that guarantee the improvement in the government performance system.

In this context, after having embarked on a journey of digital transformation in all its services, with the launch of the Dubai REST and other smart platforms, DLD is absolutely sure of its ability to provide comfort and happiness to its customers, reaching out to them at any time and place, to continue to strengthen our ranking on the list of government service providers, not only to obtain a high rating from our customers, but also to contribute to the UAE’s preparations for the next fifty years, recording our fingerprint on the pages of our future development.

Such studies based on the best transparency and integrity standards are the primary incentive on which we rely to develop our services, and learn about our customers' satisfaction with our operations, and we will immediately integrate them into all of our future strategies, and amend and develop our current plans according to the data provided by the studies. If we add to all this our endeavours to employ the finest technologies of the age, including blockchain, artificial intelligence, and robotics, then our future looks brighter for our customers to enjoy the best, and rank first in performance.
