** New Book Helps Cultivate the Feeling of Home in Yourself, no matter where the world takes you **

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 21, 2020:   Have you ever moved to a new house, moved to a new part of the country or packed up all your belongings and moved to a whole new country? Most of us have experienced the logistical nightmare of moving, but have you ever taken a moment to appreciate the emotional impact such a change can have on your wellbeing?

Whether you are moving home or moving to a new country, navigating the emotional impact of being uprooted can be very challenging and feeling at home in yourself can be a lot harder than feeling physically at home in your new abode. Loneliness, sadness and isolation are all emotions many of us go through and understand these feelings and finding a way forward can feel impossible at times.

Rachael Lynn’s debut book “At Home Anywhere. Feeling at home wherever life takes you”, is a unique and fulfilling book that offers hard-won tips, wisdom and advice for anyone going through the transition of moving home and/or country and aims to help readers focus on their own personal wellbeing and resilience to banish those feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Rachael Lynn is an American-born author and community organizer who writes on personal relationship with self, family and love. She believes that sharing your truth is the quickest way to freedom and works to facilitate that in herself and others who are ready. “At Home Anywhere” was written from personal experience, when Rachael moved from Toronto to Dubai and found it difficult to adjust, despite her years of experience in the world of self-help.

“At Home Anywhere” is part memoir, part loving letter full of advice on how to lead a more joyful and worthwhile life for those who suddenly find themselves uprooted. So if you like Rachael and so many people living in the UAE, are or have struggled with making transition to a new home, you are sure to find wonderful, heart-warming advice and tips in this new book that will allow you to take that time for yourself, slow down and enjoy where the world has taken you.

“At Home Anywhere” is priced at 63 AED and is currently available at Kinokuniya, Virgin stores, Magrudy's Dubai and online at https://thedreamworkcollective.store/collections/motivation/products/at-home-anywhere.
