Dubai Government Workshop supports Dubai Health Authority's ‘My Blood for My Country' campaign with wide participation from its employees
UAE, 16 July 2020 - Dubai Government Workshop (DGW) has joined top-level participants in ‘My Blood for My Country’, an annual nationwide campaign launched by Dubai Health Authority. The campaign witnessed strong support and participation from DGW employees who have donated their blood with the aim of saving the lives of the sick and injured as part of their commitment to social, national, and humanitarian responsibilities.
H.E. Fahad Ahmed Al-Raeesi CEO of DGW, highlighted that DGW continues to promote volunteering to the community among its employees, and the importance of participating in “My Blood My Country” campaign which reflects the spirit of human solidarity and social cohesion in the UAE.
Al-Raeesi reaffirmed DGW’s commitment to support national efforts that would strengthen volunteerism, considering it as an essential pillar for building the future and leading the path towards achieving the nation’s wise leadership’s vision for the country in the next 50 years, founded on happiness and prosperity.
