SEHA Announces New Operating Hours for Healthcare Centers and Dental Care Centers With the Aim to Improve Patient Experience and Satisfaction

Abu Dhabi, 01 Sep, 2020:   Ambulatory Healthcare Services (AHS), part of Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), has announced the extension of operating hours for its healthcare and dental centers to improve patient experience and satisfaction.


The healthcare centers in Abu Dhabi, which include Madinat Mohamed bin Zayed, Al Bateen, Al Falah, Al Samha, and Al Mushrif Children’s Specialty Center, operating hours are 7:00am to 10:00pm, Sunday to Thursday. Al Maqtaa and Baniyas, Madinat Khalifa , and Al Zafaranah Diagnostic &Screening Center, will operate from Saturday to Thursday, 7:00am to 10:00pm. Al Bahia Healthcare Center will operate from Saturday to Thursday, 7:00am to 12:00am. Al Madina Occupational Health Center will operate from Sunday to Thursday, 7:00am-3:00PM.


Furthermore, healthcare centers in Al Ain, including Al Towayya Children's Specialty Center, Al Jahili, Remah, and Oud Al Touba Diagnostic & Screening Center,operating from Sunday to Thursday, 7:00am to 10:00pm. Al Hili, Al Muwaiji, Al Yahar ,and Neima healthcare centers will operate Saturday to Thursday, from 7:00am to 10:00pm.


Moreover, Al Faqa and Al Khazna healthcare centers will be open Sunday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Al Shwaib Healthcare Center will be receiving patients Saturday to Thursday, 9:00am to 9:00pm. Al Khatim, Al Hayer, Al Quaa, Mezyad and Sweihan healthcare centers will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


As for AHS’s specialized dental centers, Al Dhafra Dental Center, Mafraq Dental Center, and Al Ain Dental Center will now operate from 7:00am to 10:00pm, from Sunday to Thursday. All other dental clinics in the healthcare centers affiliated with Ambulatory Healthcare Services will continue operating normally according to their existing health centers’ working hours.


Dr. Noura Khamis Al-Ghaithi, Chief Operations Officer, Ambulatory Health Services, SEHA commented “SEHA is committed to continuously improving its health care services, with the aim to increase patient satisfaction and experience. With this in mind, we have extended the working hours at our healthcare centers and specialized dental centers to accommodate the largest number of patients and serve their healthcare needs.
“As part of our vision to protect the safety and health of all members of society, especially our employees and patients, we recently introduced additional preventive and precautionary measures in all our health facilities. We have also implemented the highest levels of infection control according to global healthcare policies, to ensure that anyone seeking health care services at any of our facilities do so with complete confidence and in a safe environment.” she added.
