United Arab Emirates -  January 13, 2021:    Litigation boutique Zaiwalla & Co successfully overturns controversial Judgment in Venezuela gold case for the return of gold valued at $1.8bn. In a Judgment handed down on 05 October 2020, the English Court of Appeal granted the appeal of Zaiwalla’s client, Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV). This case raises many interesting questions on international law and has been widely covered in the international press. Mr Zaiwalla was recently named The Times Lawyer of the Week for his efforts on this case.
