
TCS Saudi Arabia Wins World Leadership Congress Award
Tata Consultancy Services Was Recognized in the Best Operational Excellence Category for its All-Women Business Process Services and IT Center in Riyadh
October 14, 2021: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, won the World Leadership Congress Award in the Best Operational Excellence category. The award celebrates TCS Saudi Arabia’s world-class operations at the All-Women Business Process Services and IT Center in Riyadh as well as its efforts in supporting the local community.
The World Leadership Congress and Awards were hosted by the World Federation of CSR Professionals for the first time in Saudi Arabia, this year. The annual Leadership Awards recognize the achievements of selected high profile corporate business leaders for their ability to steer their businesses through turbulent times and apply the best business practices to manage and keep their operations running. The jury consisted of leaders from different fields including CEOs, activists, directors, and thought leaders.
TCS won the Operational Excellence Award for its focus on talent development for employees, as well as supporting the community it operates in through involvement, innovation and commercial potential. The All-Women Center is a venture by TCS and its business partners with a unique business model developed to serve customer needs and help local communities. It harnesses the best of TCS’ expertise to train and develop professional capabilities in Saudi women to support them in pursuing fulfilling careers and realizing their potential in the Kingdom.
The center provides long term career opportunities in the fields of finance and accounting, human resource operations, supply chain management, data management, IT and digital related services and helps customers across 20 countries.
