United Arab Emirates-  January 12, 2022:  ECODAS has again signed up for the next edition of Arab Health. The company, which specialises in the treatment of infectious clinical waste, will present its patented and innovative technology at the French pavilion. A great opportunity for visitors to discover an efficient, clean and environmentally friendly waste treatment method.

A must-see exhibitor
To meet new customers and partners, ECODAS is participating again this year in Arab Health, a leading international meeting of the healthcare sector in the United Arab Emirates. The company has not missed a single edition in over 20 years, and this year it will be exhibiting in the Sheikh Saeed Hall at booth S1.H58. ECODAS is a true pioneer and leader in infectious clinical waste treatment, and its steam sterilisation solution offers an alternative to incineration.

Discover ECODAS technology at the French pavilion
ECODAS has developed and patented an innovative and fully automated process that shreds infectious clinical waste and then sterilises it using pressurised heated steam. The technology combines shredding with superheated steam sterilisation (up to about 138°) and requires no intermediate waste handling. It is a simple, environmentally friendly and cost-effective system that kills all pathogenic micro-organisms. The process handles all types of infectious clinical waste, including syringes, needles, plastics, glass, non-woven textiles, tubing, haemodialysis filters and petri dishes, which it converts into ordinary liquid or solid household waste. This technology is especially relevant in the COVID-19 era, as it disposes of waste safely while reducing handling to a necessary minimum.

Exportable environmental expertise
The company was founded in 1993 and has expanded its expertise over the years. Building on its extensive experience, ECODAS has developed a thorough understanding of metalworking and thermal process management. ECODAS technology is used in 90 countries worldwide, so the company generates 90% of its turnover from exports. A leader in its sector, ECODAS is renowned for its reliable, flexible and easy-to-use technology.
Meet ECODAS at Arab Health and discover a simple, safe and environmentally friendly solution.
