98.8% average delivery time estimate accuracy and over 90% success in delivery on the first attempt throughout 2021

May 23, 2022: Emirates Post, the official postal operator and leading express provider in the UAE, has been awarded the ‘Amazon Best Carrier of the Year 2021’ in MENA region by Amazon, the company’s last-mile delivery solution partner.

The award comes in recognition of Emirates Post’s service, performance, collaboration, and transparency, in addition to the ease of communication between the dedicated teams at Emirates Post and Amazon. It also reaffirms the company’s mission to contribute to the growth of the e-commerce industry in the region.
