As unique as her voice, the world-renowned Indian singer and actor, Asha Bhosle, is the driving force behind an award-winning culinary destination that transcends culture and crosses continents. Asha Bhosle has been captivating audiences around the world for over seven decades.
The high-profile opening of the first Asha’s restaurant at Wafi City Dubai in 2002 heralded the realization of the second great passion in her life – outstanding Indian food. Age has never been a deterrent for Asha Bhosle, who still cuts albums and tours the world singing songs that have made her famous across the globe. She ventured into the restaurant business twenty years ago with the support of her son, who manages her restaurants and concerts.
Asha still personally oversees the work of the restaurants’ spice master to ensure the essence of her culinary philosophy is imprinted in every kitchen and in the experience of every diner. Aromatic cardamom, piquant chillis, earthy cumin and other spices work in harmony with sweet, bold, spicy and sour notes to create a perfect repertoire of her unforgettable dishes.
In just 20 years, the global Indian restaurant chain has become a firm favorite of regional and international diners with 15 locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, as well as in Birmingham, Manchester and Solihull in the UK. If you have not had the pleasure, be sure to visit the award-winning dining experience located in the vibrant heart of Pyramids, Wafi City.
Join Asha’s as we celebrate the union of 7 emirates with our special menu, valid for a limited time only.
