If active for more than 3 months, customers can SMS easy to 5102, to get roaming activated within the 78 destinations, including new destinations such as Brazil, Georgia, Cyprus, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kenya and Mexico, amongst others. du offers business users always-on roaming, ensuring constant connectivity and seamless country-specific data roaming irrespective of operator. To activate the service within the first 3 months, customers need to either make a deposit or activate direct debit, followed by a request to activate roaming through our customer touchpoints.
