Marks & Spencer Celebrates the Success of its First Ever Vegan-Friendly Line – PLANT KITCHEN by Adding New Delicious Products
Dubai, United Arab Emirates - 14, August 2019: When Marks & Spencer launched its first ever vegan-friendly line – Plant Kitchen earlier this year, which included scrumptious Cauliflower Popcorn, Tikka Masala & Rice, Mushroom Pie, as well as Green Apple and Peanut Butter Dip, shoppers went crazy for it.
Now, due to such popular demand, the range has been increased to include a selection of new products, including hearty, Mexican-inspired vegan burgers to sausages, meat-free nuggets to falafel, dahl to stew, coleslaw to quinoa rice, wholegrain and Edamame to Moroccan style grains, as well as delicious dairy-free milks. Whether shoppers are going veggie, avoiding meat and dairy, or simply enjoy incorporating more plant-based foods into their diet, the new Marks & Spencer Plant Kitchen vegan range makes every day pleasurable.
From quick and easy family meals, to special occasions, customers can choose from the large range of high-quality products. While the Meat-Free Nuggets make a delicious mid-week meal, served with Vegan Coleslaw and fries – a great option for kids, the Lentil & Beetroot Sweetcorn Burgers, Chickpea Burgers, Roasted Mushroom & Red Onion Sausages and Sweet Potato & Red Pepper Sausages are perfect for a BBQ in the cooler months. For those looking for a quick healthy snack, the Sweet Potato Falafel, complemented with a creamy cashew nut and cannellini dip is also a great option.
Better still, as Marks & Spencer knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, the leading retailer has launched a range of almond, soya and cashew milks, perfect for cutting down on dairy. Use them to add a wonderful flavour and creamy texture to a morning porridge bowl, as well as in tea and coffee or mix with fruit and a handful of oats for a filling smoothie.
The special range has been developed by an expert team of chefs and product developers, including Claire Richardson, M&S’s resident vegan who has created all the new prepared meals. Taking a ‘flavour first’ approach, Plant Kitchen allows customers to create delicious recipes for the whole family, without compromising on taste.
The new Marks & Spencer Plant Kitchen range now comprising of almost 30 delicious products and vegan-friendly products are available in Marks & Spencer Foodhalls in Dubai, including Dubai Festival City Mall, Marina Walk, Ibn Battuta, The Springs Souk and Mall of the Emirates.
