Dubai, UAE - March 22, 2020:   UAE based F&B organisation, National Food Products Company (NFPC), has released a statement reassuring consumers of its endeavours to ensure consistent food production and supply to the market.

The company supplies to over 50% of the UAE population with its drinking water, dairy, juice, and bakery products, through its household name brands, which include Oasis Water, Blu Sparkling Water, Lacnor Milk and Juices, Laban Up, Gulf & Safa, Milco Dairy, Melco Juices, Aqua Fresh Water and Royal Bakers.
Group Chief Executive Officer of NFPC, Iqbal Hamzah commented: “We are very aware of the public’s concerns about the existing situation and the potential impact on the availability of food and beverage products. We are committed to working closely and diligently with our partners, retailers, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries and continued availability of all of our products, and we are grateful to all of our partners’ support as we do this.

“As a Caregiving company, it is our promise and commitment to continue serving the nation with the goodness of our products, like we have been doing from the last 49 years. However, we do humbly request that customers shop responsibly and that they allow enough for others. There is no need to panic buy; shoppers can purchase their products as they normally would, because our supply will be continuous. The Nation’s trust is what continues to inspire us, and we ask for that trust to remain firm and resolute at this time.”
