Malak Al Tawouk UAE Receives HACCP Certification for Food Safety
Dubai, UAE - 9 June 2021: Malak Al Tawouk Restaurant, one of the most popular Lebanese fast-food chains, received the highly respected Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification, reaffirming the restaurant’s commitment to operating in line with the top safety and hygiene regulation for food services. The certification was awarded after an intensive audit of Malak Al Tawouk central kitchen.
