Schneider Electric Expands Its Juno Lighting Group Brand into Middle East Markets

Juno Lighting Group joins Schneider Electric’s significant market presence in the Middle East; the company’s innovative luminaires will be distributed by Lumasense

Dubai, UAE– 23 November 2014 – Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management with operations in more than 100 countries, today announced that it has expanded distribution of its market-leading lighting brand, Juno Lighting Group by Schneider Electric, into the Middle East. The distribution of Juno Lighting Group’s innovative, award-winning luminaires will address key project opportunities in healthcare, hospitality, commercial, multi-unit and industrial property development as well as sports and entertainment venues.
    
Headquartered in North America, Juno Lighting Group is a leading manufacturer of high-quality commercial and residential lighting fixtures, and serves a broad customer base that includes electrical distributors, lighting showrooms, contractors, architects, engineers, lighting designers and commercial facilities in multiple markets. the lighting design community of Juno Lighting Group’s market-leading downlight and track lighting solutions is fueling specifications globally. In addition, the company is seeing high success in both national and global accounts – particularly in the areas of retail and hospitality – with growing demand for Juno Lighting Group’s products throughout the Middle East.

Headquartered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, Lumasense, a master lighting distributor, will be the exclusive distributor of Juno Lighting Group products in the region. The initial offering will support distribution through Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the UAE.   

Lumasense will handle specifications and distribution of Juno Lighting Group by Schneider Electric products in all supported countries and coordinate with contractors and sub-distributors for both commercial and residential markets. Over the last 10 years, Lumasense has teamed up with specifiers, architects, lighting designers and consulting engineering firms on the specification of lighting and controls solutions in hundreds of Middle East-based projects. Juno Lighting Group significantly broadens Lumasense’s offerings for both interior and exterior lighting applications.
